Keeradit himself entered the world of gold investment at a relatively young age. He now studies the market daily and limits all his investments to gold. As a broker, he downplays the emphasis on price and stresses proper education. We have to work together as a team. If we succeed, we will succeed together. If we fail, we will fail together.”Within a few decades, MTS Gold Group has grown from a companyof fewer than 30 employees to one with a workforce 10 times that. Once it becomes a listed company, the number of employees is likely to surpass 500. Keeradit knows this means the building of a strong middle management. But the task requires much more than an impressive salary. As part of their employment, MTS staff receive training in areas such as customer service, anger management and ISO policies to help enhance their skill set.“We want to make them happy here,” he says. “The new generation is very fast-moving and short- tempered.
