Dr Sant Chaiyodsilp Named “Quality Person of the Year 2021”

Recently, Dr Sant Chaiyodsilp, co-founder of Wellness We Care Center, was named one of the “Quality Persons of the Year 2021” by the Foundation of Science and Technology Council of Thailand (FSTT) for his involvement in promoting lifestyle modification and plant-based nutrition as well as serving as president of the Resuscitation Foundation that works closely with the Thai Resuscitation Council under the Lifesaving Standards Committee of the Heart Association of Thailand under Royal patronage and cofounding the Paediatric Cardiac Surgery Foundation of Thailand where he helps to treat and provides surgery for needy children suffering from congenital heart disease.

 

Good Health by Yourself Camp to Teach Lifestyle Modification and Plant-Based Nutrition

 

Every month, the Wellness We Care Center located in Muak Lek, Saraburi, hosts the two-day Good Health by Yourself (GHBY) Camp where Dr Sant Chaiyosilp, director of the centre, staff doctors and alternative, wholistic healthcare practitioners teach participants lifestyle modification and plant-based whole food low fat nutrition, including how to shop and cook healthy, gardening, mindfulness and effective exercise and balance training.
