Elite+ was quite fortunate to be afforded the opportunity to interview the new Minister of Defence, HE Sutin Klungsang, who shares with Elite+ his vision for a more modernised military. In our Diplomatic Affairs column, Kathleen Pokrud sits down with Vietnam’s ambassador to Thailand, HE Phan Chi Thanh, to talk about what he has been doing to strengthen Vietnamese-Thai bilateral relations as he comes to the end of his posting here. We also tell you about the gala reception the ambassador hosted to celebrate the 78th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day.
