Chinese New Year celebrations for the Year of Snake are just passed, and while the temperatures have remained relatively cool, especially at night and early morning, we’ve enjoyed a beautiful, cool winter, with only the haze occasionally putting a damper on the season.

In our cover story this month, we talk to Assist Prof Dr Prinya Thaewanarumitkul, a respected constitutional law scholar who is director of the Thammasat Law Center to learn his thoughts about how Thai democracy is underdeveloped and the Thai constitution should be revised, or rewritten.
