The Thai-Norwegian Chamber of Commerce (TNCC) recently commemorated Norway’s Constitution Day by hosting a dinner at the Sheraton Grande Sukhumvit Hotel.
The event served as a vibrant yet warm celebration of Norway's National Day, as well as the enduring partnership of the Thai-Norwegian business community. In addition, this event marked the 30th anniversary of the Thai-Norwegian Chamber of Commerce.

Over 100 guests, including Norwegians, Thais and friends and families within and beyond the business community, came together to celebrate the signing of the Norwegian Constitution more than 200 years ago. The evening commenced with a welcoming address by Ms Kristine Anvik Leach, President of the Thai-Norwegian Chamber of Commerce, followed by remarks from HE Mrs Astrid Emilie Helle, the Ambassador of Norway to the Kingdom of Thailand. As per Norwegian tradition, Mr Jostein Christensen, on behalf of the Norwegian community in Thailand, delivered a sincere speech before dinner commenced.

Guests enjoyed a traditional and delectable dinner, featuring Norwegian salmon, alongside a diverse selection of wines, prosecco and Norwegian aquavit, all enlivened with a plethora of activities, games, dance and delightful live music. Just after the dancing peaked, the highly anticipated raffle began, featuring a prize pool totalling more than Baht 200,000.

TNCC appreciated the unwavering support from their partners who helped make the event so successful. Sponsors included Jotun Thailand, the Norwegian Seafood Council, EGAT International, United Relocations and Bangkok Beer & Beverages.
